Nicole Olthuis

Nicole, is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Yoga Teacher and Success Coach inside our LYG Program with extended training focusing on gut health, stealth infections and drainage pathways.

Born and raised on the Canadian prairies, Nicole is a homebody with a little bit of wanderlust. Some of her favourite things include a good (toxin-free!) cup of coffee savoured in the morning sunshine, golden days spent on the lake (or ocean), and breakfast food for supper.

Nicole is passionate and skilled in helping you nourish your hormones, balance your blood sugar and find peace with food. She will guide you in overcoming restrictive eating and return to loving and nourishing your body in a way that makes you feel aglow.
