Fresh Jalapeno Salsa

I remember the days I used to have a long list of foods that I didn't like. "Too mushy, too rubbering, too bitter, too bland!" Too this, that and the other. My taste buds had become so accustomed to refined, processed foods that I didn't know how to enjoy fresh foods.

I always say to my clients, the path to health is a lifestyle change, not a light switch so one step at a time, one meal at a time. Although textures and taste can sometimes still remain an obstacle, often changing how you prepare these foods will give you a new perspective and potentially even a new favourite food.

Fresh salsa I'm certain will almost never disappoint. While the tomato texture is still not always my favourite this finely diced salsa is full of fresh flavour and a delicious pairing with crackers or one of my two favourite chip options Neal Brothers Tortilla Chips or Beanfields Bean Chips.

So grab your friends and dig in!
