A New Look!

To our gut lovers,

After years of dedicating our passion and work to helping people suffering from IBS, gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation, SO many of you have reached out over time with feedback around our brand and we hear you loud and clear!

It is with great excitement that we announce a brand new look and name for Soul Food Nutritionista.

After watching her sister suffering with colitis, Alyssa believed there had to be a better way. Searching for the answers to her sisters pain, Alyssa realized her gas, bloating and fluctuating diarrhea and constipation was not "normal", she had IBS.

Alyssa went on a mission, fixed her gut, lost 70lbs and went back to school to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. It was at this time that Soul Food Nutritionista was created with the vision to teach you how to beat the IBS, gas, bloating, diarrhea and constipation without restrictive diets and without being medicated the rest of your life so that you can finally feel normal, fit in your clothes and start living your life again.

While our mission remains the same, we wanted to update our look and feel (as suggested by you, our loyal followers), to reflect our work in gut health.

Going forward Soul Food Nutrtionista will be known as Alyssa Labrecque - Gut Expert.

You will still find Alyssa (aka The Poop Queen), hanging out on our weekly Facebook Lives both in our group and on our Facebook Page, in our Free Facebook Community "Love Your Guts - IBS Support Group" and empowering people just like you in our Love & Trust Your Guts 4 Step Gut Repair Program.
